39. AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH WITTMANN VOLUNTEER FIRE DISTRICT Approve Amendment #1 to the Agreement (C-22-14-007-3-00) for the CDBG Program between the Wittmann Volunteer Fire District and Maricopa County through its Human Services Department. The amendment increases the overall agreement amount by $38,850 in CDBG funds. This amendment is effective January 22, 2014 and expires upon completion of all CDBG requirements. There is no impact to the General Fund. (C-22-14-007-3-01)
