35. AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH TOWN OF WICKENBURG FOR FY2013-2014 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) ACTIVITY Approve Amendment #1 to the Agreement (C-22-14-008-3-00) for the CDBG Program between the Town of Wickenburg and Maricopa County through its Human Services Department. The amendment revises the CDBG project scope of work, but does not increase the overall grant amount. This amendment is effective July 1, 2013 and expires upon completion of all CDBG requirements. There is no impact to the General Fund. The agreement (C-22-14-008-3-00) provides Community Development Block Grant funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the purpose of reconstructing waterlines in an older, existing neighborhood in the Town of Wickenburg. The amendment makes no changes in the total funding amount for this agreement. (C-22-14-008-3-01)
