52. IGA WITH THE TOWN OF GUADALUPE FOR CRISIS CASE MANAGEMENT AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE SERVICES Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the Town of Guadalupe and Maricopa County, administered by its Human Services Department (MCHSD), in the not to exceed amount of $20,000. The term of this agreement is from July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014. The purpose of this IGA is to award funds to the Town of Guadalupe for the provision of crisis case management and financial assistance services (Services) for low-income Maricopa County residents of the Town of Guadalupe. The funds for this IGA will be paid from HSD’s appropriated general funds. (C-22-14-013-3-00)

51. AMENDMENT TO THE IGA WITH THE TOWN OF GUADALUPE Approve Amendment No.1 to the expenditure Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the Town of Guadalupe and Maricopa County, administered by its Human Services Department (MCHSD). The County will exercise its option to renew the agreement for a one year renewal, based on Contractor performance. The amendment will extend the agreement term to June 30, 2015 and provide $20,000 for the provision of Crisis Case Management and Financial Assistance Services for the Town of Guadalupe Community Service Area. The amendment will be effective July 1, 2014. The funds for this IGA will be paid from HSD’s appropriated general funds. (C-22-14-013-3-01)
