44. EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION PACKAGE Approve an Executive Compensation Package (ECP) for Bruce Liggett, Director of Human Services effective August 26, 2013. If approved, this ECP agreement will authorize a deposit of 80 hours of vacation time and 80 hours of sick leave to his leave balances and award him a Schedule #4 Leave Accrual Rate. This ECP is necessary to recruit this key executive to Maricopa County. (C-22-14-020-M-00)
