55. CONTRACT WITH CENTRAL ARIZONA SHELTER SERVICES FOR EMERGENCY AND MEN’S LOW DEMAND SHELTER SERVICES Approve a contract between Central Arizona Shelter Services (CASS) and Maricopa County, administered by its Human Services Department (MCHSD), in the not-to-exceed amount of $525,000. The purpose of this contract is to provide funding for CASS’ shelters and support services to eligible homeless individuals and families. This contract is effective from July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014. Funding for this contract is part of the SFY2013 – 2014 General Fund appropriation to MCHSD. (C-22-14-026-3-00)

58. AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT WITH CENTRAL ARIZONA SHELTER SERVICES Approve Amendment No. 1 to contract between Central Arizona Shelter Services (CASS) and Maricopa County, administered by its Human Services Department (MCHSD), to increase the contract funding by $225,000 from $525,000 for a new contract total not-to-exceed amount of $750,000. The purpose of this contract is to provide funding for CASS' shelters and support services to eligible homeless individuals and families. This contract is effective from July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014. Funding for this contract is part of the FY2013 - 2014 General Fund appropriation to MCHSD. (C-22-14-026-3-01)
