25. AGREEMENT WITH MARICOPA COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT FOR COORDINATED CLINICAL AND INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAMS FOR THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF STUDENTS Approve a non-financial Agreement between Maricopa County, through its Human Services Department, Education Division, and Maricopa County Community College District (“MCCCD”), a political subdivision of the State of Arizona, on behalf of its Colleges and Skill Centers to cooperate in providing coordinated clinical and instructional programs for the education and training of students of MCCCD registered in its various health-related programs. This agreement will provide training opportunities to MCCCD students involved in clinical programs. Staff from MCCCD, will provide supervision, direction, and instruction required by the Education Division to ensure that placement activities are appropriate to student learning objectives in a health related program and that the students are progressing in accordance with expectations and are adhering to the existing rules and regulations of the Agency.
