33. AGREEMENT WITH GOODWILL OF CENTRAL ARIZONA FOR DATA SHARING Approve a non-financial agreement between Goodwill of Central Arizona and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department. The Agreement establishes a partnership in which Goodwill will share data collected on participants from Job fairs and Employer events. The agreement is effective upon signature by both parties and shall expire June 30, 2015. Maricopa County, exclusive of the City of Phoenix, is a designated Local Workforce Investment Area (LWIA) under the federal Workforce Investment Act (WIA) of 1998. (C-22-14-031-3-00)

ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTION REGARDING AGREEMENT WITH GOODWILL OF CENTRAL ARIZONA Approve an administrative correction to the action taken by the Board on October 23, 2013 that approved a non-financial agreement with Goodwill of Central Arizona (C-22-14-031-3-00) for establishing a partnership in which Goodwill will share data collected on participants from Job fairs and Employer events. The termination date of June 30, 2015 noted on the agenda should be corrected to: Agreement termination shall take effect on the thirtieth (30th) day following receipt of written termination notice by either Agency.
