33. AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA BOARD OF REGENTS FOR AND ON BEHALF OF COLLEGE OF NURSING AND HEALTH INNOVATION, ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY TO PROVIDE COORDINATED CLINICAL AND INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAMS FOR THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF STUDENTS Approve a non-financial Agreement between Maricopa County, through its Human Services Department, Head Start - Education Division, and Arizona Board of Regents for and on behalf of College of Nursing and Health Innovation, Arizona State University (“ASU”), a political subdivision of the State of Arizona, to cooperate in providing coordinated clinical and instructional programs for the education and training of students of ASU registered in its various health-related programs. This agreement will provide training opportunities to ASU students involved in clinical programs. Staff from ASU, will provide supervision, direction, and instruction required by the Education Division to ensure that placement activities are appropriate to student learning objectives in a health related program and that the students are progressing in accordance with expectations and are adhering to the existing rules and regulations of the Maricopa County Human Services Department, Head Start – Education Division.
