32. DATA SHARING AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC SECURITY FOR HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT PROGRAM ACTIVITIES Approve two non-financial Data sharing Agreements between Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES) and Maricopa County, administered by its Human Services Department (HSD). One of the agreements will allow the Community Development Division – Low-income Weatherization program access to the DES databases. The second agreement will allow the Community Services Division – Community Action Program access to the databases. DES requires separate agreements for each division, as funding and program services have different requirements. DES maintains database systems that must be accessed by Human Services staff members to verify wages and benefits information as well as U.S. Citizenship/lawful presence that will be used to determine program eligibility. Verifying information will ensure program compliance. The term of this Agreement is upon approval and signature by both parties and will remain in effect for five (5) years. (C-22-14-059-3-00)

DATA SHARING AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC SECURITY Approve a non-financial Data Sharing Agreement between Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES) and Maricopa County, administered by its Human Services Department (HSD). The Data sharing agreement will allow the Workforce Development Division – Workforce Investment Act (WIA) program access to the DES Arizona Job Connection database. DES maintains database systems that must be accessed by Human Services Workforce Development staff members to enroll in WIA programs, case manage and report performance measures as required by WIA funding. 45. ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTION TO THE DATA SHARING AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC SECURITY Approve an administrative correction to the action taken on February 4, 2015 that approved the non-financial Data sharing Agreement between Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES) and Maricopa County, administered by its Human Services Department (HSD). The term of this Agreement was incorrectly noted as a five (5) year term, the agreement is for a ten (10) year term as noted in Section II paragraph 12. The Data sharing agreement allows the Workforce Development Division –Workforce Investment Act (WIA) program access to the DES Arizona Job Connection database. (C-22-14-059-3-04)

43. AMENDMENT TO THE DATA SHARING AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC SECURITY Approve an Amendment to the Agreement with Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES) Division of Child Support Services for access to the DES New Hire database (C-22-14-059-3). The Amendment clarifies the agreement term from five (5) years to ten years (10) and shall expire on February 4, 2025. (C-22-14-059-3-05)
