25. ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTION TO THE AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT WITH TEMPE COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY, INC. Approve an Administrative Correction to the Action taken by the Board on June 24, 2015 regarding Amendment No. 1 (C-22-14-076-3-01) to the Contract between Tempe Community Action Agency, Inc. and Maricopa County, administered by its Human Services Department (MCHSD). This administrative correction will include the following information that was inadvertently left off the original request for approval: • Changes to Section 5.0 INSURANCE to include 5.3.1 MINIMUM SCOPE AND LIMITS OF INSURANCE 1. Commercial General Liability – Occurrence For’ c. The policy shall be endorsed to include coverage for sexual abuse and molestation. • Add Section 5.8 CONTRACTOR EMPLOYEE WHISTLEBLOWER RIGHTS AND REQUIREMENT TO INFORM EMPLOYEES OF WHISTLEBLOWER RIGHTS (C-22-14-076-3-02)
