59. AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA COMMUNITY ACTION ASSOCIATION Approve a revenue Agreement between Arizona Community Action Association (ACAA) and Maricopa County, administered by its Human Services Department (MCHSD), in the not-to-exceed amount of $150,366.00. The purpose of this Agreement is for the provision of utility deposit and utility bill assistance services to eligible low-income residents of Maricopa County. This Agreement is effective from July 1, 2014 until June 30, 2015. The Fiscal Year 2015 Human Services Department current negotiated U. S. Department of Health and Human Services indirect cost rate is 18.4% of Salaries and ERE. The total grant funds are $150,366.00, of which $137,900.70 is utilized for direct service (utility) payments and are not subject to indirect cost recovery. The maximum program delivery amount allowed under this Agreement is $12,465.30. Therefore, the indirect cost recovery amount is $0.00. This Agreement does not alter the budget constraining expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17105. Funding for this Agreement does not contain any County General Funds. The overall grant budget will be adjusted as necessary to accommodate this grant through a future reconciliation. This Agreement is fully funded by contributions from various utility companies for the provision of utility bill and deposit assistance for eligible low-income households and managed by ACAA.
