20. LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF PEORIA FOR USE OF OFFICE SPACE Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute License Agreement P-50242 with City of Peoria for use of office space at 8335 W. Jefferson St., #127, Peoria, AZ 85345 for Maricopa County Workforce Connections program. The Agreement will allow the Maricopa Workforce Connections (MWC) program to provide Workforce Investment Act Youth service activities for youth fourteen (14) through twenty-one (21) years of age such as skill development, job search, interviewing skills and case management services. The Term of this Agreement shall commence when executed by both Parties and expire December 31, 2018, unless terminated earlier as provided in the Agreement. The space will consist of approximately 145 square feet. Cost to the County is nominal at $1.00 per year. Either Party may terminate the Agreement with a 30-day notice to the other party.
