23. CONTRACT WITH BANNER HEALTH-OLIVE BRANCH SENIOR CENTER Approve a contract between Banner Health - Olive Branch Senior Center and Maricopa County, administered by its Human Services Department (HSD), in the not-to-exceed amount of $10,000. The purpose of the contract is to provide Olive Branch Senior Center with funding for the provision of support services to elderly residents in the Sun City community. This Contract is retroactive to July 1, 2014 and will expire on June 30, 2015. Funding for the contract with Banner Health-Olive Branch Senior Center continues the County's historical commitment to Banner Health and are provided from HSD’s FY 2014 FY2015 appropriated general funds.
