37. AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT WITH TEMPE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT #3 FOR HEAD START ZERO-FIVE PROGRAM Approve financial Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement between Tempe Elementary School District #3 (C-22-15-024-3-00) for food service catering to the Maricopa County Head Start Zero-Five program. The purpose of Amendment No. 1 is to increase funding amount by $10,000 from $83,946 to $93,946. This contract amendment is effective upon approval and signature of both parties and will expire on June 30, 2015. This contract is funded by grants from U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (C-22-14-058-G-00), and the Arizona Department of Education/Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) (C-22-14-027-G-00). This agreement does not impact the County General Funds. This amendment will align the funding amount with the program year FY2015. (C-22-15-024-3-01)
