38. AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT WITH CHANDLER UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT Approve financial amendment No. 1 to the agreement with between Chandler Unified School District (C-22-15-026-3-01) for food service catering to the Maricopa County Head Start Zero-Five program. The purpose of amendment #1 is to increase funding amount by $25,000 from $84,220 to $109,220. The contract amendment is effective upon approval and signature of both parties and will expire on June 30, 2015. This contract is funded by grants from U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (C-22-14-058-G-00), and the Arizona Department of Education/Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) (C-22-14-027-G-00). This agreement does not impact the County General Funds. This amendment will align the funding amount with program year and funding availability for FY2015. (C-22-15-026-3-01)
