37. AGREEMENT WITH GABRIEL’S ANGELS FOR PET THERAPY TO HEAD START PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS Approve a non-financial agreement with Gabriel’s Angels, (a community based organization) and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department Head Start program. The purpose of the agreement is for Gabriel’s Angels to provide Pet Therapy to the Head Start program participants. The program short term goal is to instill in children an overall emotional sense of well-being, safety and happiness. The agreement shall be effective upon approval and signature by both Agencies. Either Agency may terminate this agreement at any time upon providing written termination notice to the other Agency. Agreement termination shall take effect on the thirtieth (30th) day following receipt of written termination notice by either Agency. (C-22-15-028-3-00)
