40. AGREEMENT WITH GOODWILL OF CENTRAL ARIZONA Approve a non-financial agreement between Goodwill of Central Arizona and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department. The Agreement establishes a partnership in which Goodwill will conduct recruitment activities in the Maricopa Workforce Connections (MWC) One-Stop Career Center for the Senior Community Services Employment Program (SCSEP) and Maricopa Workforce Connections will refer program participants to Goodwill for enrollment in the SCSEP program. The purpose of SCSEP is to provide low-income, individuals who are 55 and older with employment skills training by placing program participants with employers. The partnership agreement will provide employment opportunities to program participants. The agreement is effective upon approval and signature by both parties and shall remain in effect until expressly cancelled by either party. (C-22-15-037-3-00)

43. RESCIND ACTION REGARDING AGREEMENT WITH GOODWILL OF CENTRAL ARIZONA Rescind the action taken by the Board on January 21, 2015 to enter into a non-financial agreement between Goodwill of Central Arizona and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department. The Agreement would have allowed Goodwill to operate in the Maricopa Workforce Connections (MWC) One-Stop Career Centers. The agreement is no longer necessary due to changes in program delivery by both parties. The agreement was not fully executed. (C-22-15-037-3-01)
