42. AFFILIATE AGREEMENT WITH EAST VALLEY RSVP FOR HEAD START PROGRAM Approve a non-financial affiliate agreement with East Valley RSVP, (a community based organization) and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department Head Start program. The purpose of the agreement is for the Head Start Program to host East Valley RSVP volunteers in the Head Start office. Volunteers will help to enhance the services provided by the Head Start program. The agreement shall begin on April 1, 2015 and will terminate on March 31, 2018. Either Agency may terminate this agreement at any time upon providing written termination notice to the other Agency. Agreement termination shall take effect on the thirtieth (30th) day following receipt of written termination notice by either Agency. (C-22-15-051-3-00)
