A-7. FUNDING AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING Approve a Funding Agreement between the Arizona Department of Housing and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department. Through this agreement, the Arizona Department of Housing shall provide $250,000 for the provision of Rapid Re-Housing with Navigation Services to support the phase-out of the Men’s Overflow Shelter located at 230 S. 12th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ. 85007. The Agreement term is effective upon approval and signature by both parties through June 30, 2016. The Human Services Department’s indirect rate for FY16 is 20.2%. The Agreement funds are a direct pass thru to be utilized solely for the benefit of the Rapid Rehousing supported services. No indirect rate shall be assessed. Grant revenues are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation, and therefore expenditure of the revenues is not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this funding does not alter the budget constraining expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. The overall grant budget will be adjusted as necessary to accommodate this funding through a future reconciliation. Funding for this agreement does not contain any County General Funds. The funds provided by the Arizona Department of Housing, are part of a collaborative effort to house individuals in support of the phase-out of the Men’s Overflow Shelter. (C-22-15-055-3-00)

46. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING FOR RAPID RE-HOUSING SERVICES Approve non-financial Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement between the Arizona Department of Housing and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department for the provision of Rapid Re-Housing with Navigation Services to support the phase-out of the Men’s Overflow Shelter located at 230 S. 12th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ. 85007. Pursuant to Section 4 Duration of the agreement: Amendment No. 1 extends the agreement term from June 30, 2016 to September 30, 2016. Any and all portions of the Agreement that are not herein specifically amended shall remain unchanged. Approval of Amendment No. 1 does not impact the County’s General Funds. (C-22-15-055-3-01)
