55. CONTRACT WITH AREA AGENCY ON AGING, REGION ONE INC. Approve a financial Contract Agreement with Area Agency on Aging, Region One, Inc., and Maricopa County administered by it Human Services Department for service delivery coordination and case management services for eligible seniors and adults with disabilities to maintain independence in their home. Services under this Agreement shall be provided by the Senior and Adult Services Division's Senior and Adult Independent Living (SAIL) case management program. The contract amount is $1,473,172 for the contract term that begins on July 1, 2015 and ends June 30, 2016. This contract impacts Maricopa County General Funds in the amount of $1,198,743, to assist in the provision of SAIL Case Management Program services. The Fiscal Year 2016 Human Services Department approved U.S. Department of Health and Human Services indirect cost rate is 20.2% of salaries and employee related expenses. The total grant funds are $1,473,172 of which $1,225,600 is personnel costs. The total estimated recoverable indirect cost amount is $247,571, with $0.00 being unrecoverable. The approval of this agreement does not alter the budget constraining expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. The overall grant budget will be adjusted as necessary to accommodate any increase or decrease. (C-22-15-083-3-00)

32. AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT WITH AREA AGENCY ON AGING, REGION ONE INC. FOR SENIOR ADULT INDEPENDENT LIVING CASE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM Approve Contract Amendment No. 1 between Area Agency on Aging (AAA), Region One, Inc. and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department. The purpose of amendment No. 1 is to increase funding by $31,999 from $1,473,172 to $1,505,171 for computer supplies and data base development for the Senior Adult Independent Living (SAIL) Case Management Program. The increased funds shall be utilized for supporting the Senior and Adult Services Division client reporting system in order to meet AAA reporting requirements and standards. The Amendment is retro-active to March 1, 2016. The contract term is July 1, 2015 and ends on June 30, 2016. The Fiscal Year 2016 Human Services Department approved U. S. Department of Health and Human Services indirect cost rate is 20.2% of salaries and employee related expenses. The total amendment funds are $31,999 of which $0 is for personnel costs. The total estimated recoverable indirect cost amount is $0, with $0 being unrecoverable. This amendment does not impact Maricopa County General funds. The approval of this agreement does not alter the budget constraining expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105.
