40. AGREEMENT WITH VALLEY OF THE SUN UNITED WAY FOR HUMAN SERVICES CAMPUS STUDY Approve a financial agreement between Valley of the Sun United Way (VSUW) and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department. Maricopa County shall reimburse VSUW for a portion of the Measuring Client Activity at the Human Services Campus study to be conducted by ASU Foundation through the Morrison Institute for Public Policy. The cost of study ($29,395) will be shared between 3 collaborative members at a cost to Maricopa County of $9,798.33. Valley of the Sun United Way will be the fiscal agency for this project. The agreement term is October 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016 and shall be effective upon signature by both Agencies. The County through the Human Services Department, in partnership with the City of Phoenix, the Arizona Department of Housing (“ADOH”) and VSUW, collectively provide funding to the Human Services Campus (collectively referred to as the “Funder’s Collaborative”).
