40. AGREEMENT WITH GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF CENTRAL ARIZONA FOR THE SENIOR COMMUNITY SERVICE EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM Approve a non-financial Agreement and Addendum between Goodwill Industries of Central Arizona and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department. The purpose of the Agreement is to provide Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) participants with employment skills training to increase their opportunities for permanent employment. Agreement term is retroactive to July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016 and effective upon signature by both Parties. Goodwill shall be responsible for recruitment and placement of program participants. Program participants will be assigned to work in areas within the Human Services Department that will provide meaningful training opportunities to increase skills for employment opportunities.
