37. PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF PEORIA FOR PASSPORT TO SUMMER EVENT Approve a Participation Agreement with City of Peoria “City” and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department. The purpose of the Agreement is for the Human Services Department to participate in the City’s “Passport to Summer” event on May 7, 2016. The Agreement is non-financial and is in effect on the day of the event. (C-22-16-028-3-00)
