64. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH CITY OF PEORIA FOR HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS ACTIVITIES Approve non-financial Amendment No. 4 to the Intergovernmental Agreement between City of Peoria and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department. The purpose of the Agreement is for the City of Peoria to construct single family homes and provide homebuyer assis tance to eligible families for the purchase of the homes. The County provided the City with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funds. The purpose of this Amendment No. 4 is to address the fol lowing items: A. Extend the expenditure timeframe for the 2019 Work Statement from September 30, 2023, through September 30, 2024. B. Revise Section 1 (General Provisions) to add the following new paragraph: CCC. UYGHUR FORCED LABOR PREVENTION ACT (UFLPA) The Agreement is amended to incorporate the changes contained in this Amendment No. 4. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement and previously approved Amendments shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect as executed by the Partie s.
