62. AMENDMENT TO FACILITIES USE/REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH TEMPE UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 213 Approve and execute Third Amendment to License Agreement (P-50308), between the Tempe Union High School District No. 213 (Licensor) and Maricopa County (Licensee), for use of the Premises located at 500 West Guadalupe Road, Tempe, AZ 85283 as an Early Head Start Program. This Amendment extends the term of the Agreement, commencing July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023. The County is authorized to perform tenant improvements and shall be responsible for the associated costs not to exceed $120,000. There is no license fee charged to the County for use of the space. The foregoing paragraphs contain all the changes made by this Amendment. All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement shall remain the same and in full force and effect.
