24. AMENDMENT TO DATA SHARING AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC SECURITY Approve an Amendment to the Data Sharing Agreement (DSA), (Agreement No. 175546) between Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES) Division of Employment and Rehabilitation Services (DERS) and Maricopa County, administered by its Human Services Department Workforce Development Division. The purpose of the Amendment is to address the following items: 1. Revise item #2 of the Agreement and remove Arizona Call-A-Teen Resources (ACYR) as an agent of Maricopa County for Workforce activities and terminate access to the DES database system identified in the DSA. 2. Add the following Agents to the DSA and grant access to the database system identified in the DSA, specifically the Arizona Job Connection (AJC) database system as identified in the revised Attachment A: a. Chicanos Por La Causa Inc. b. Arbor Education and Training LLC, DBA: ResCare Workforce Service c. DK Advocates, Inc. 3. Approve Internal Data Sharing Agreements (IDSA) between the Agents listed in section 2 above and Maricopa County as required by DES. The purpose of the IDSA is to recognize the agencies as “Agents” of Maricopa County for Workforce activities. This IDSA will provide DES with confirmation that the County has authorized the Agents to access the DES database systems in order to record Youth Program service delivery under Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act. The term of this Agreement began on September 29, 2017 and shall expire on September 28, 2027. DES maintains database systems that must be accessed by the Agents as Maricopa County Contractors (Serial 16026 RFP) for service delivery of Youth Program activities to record and report Youth Program services.
