39. IGA WITH CITY OF PHOENIX FOR SOFTWARE SHARING AGREEMENT Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County (County) administered by its Human Services Department (Organization) and the City of Phoenix (City) through its Housing Department. The purpose of this agreement is for the City to assist with the Organization’s effort to obtain the City’s software for an online database of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) HOME Investment Partnerships Program. The database will allow Maricopa County staff to track and comply with HUD regulations for current and future projects funded with HOME funds. Costs for this Agreement may be incurred for Information Technology (IT) support. Cost vary from 15 minute increments to hourly charges ($83.67 to $114.44) on an as needed basis. The term of this IGA is effective from April 11, 2018 to December 31, 2018. Approval of this Agreement will not impact the County General Fund. Supervisor District: All (C-22-18-034-3-00)
