EARLY TERMINATION OF LEASE L-7481 WITH AGAINST ALL ODDS YOUTH FAMILY SERVICES, LLC Approve the early termination of Lease L-7481 (C-22-19-001-1-00) and authorize the Real Estate Department Director to provide a 30-day written Termination notice to Against All Odds Youth Family Services, LLC, an Arizona non-profit limited liability company (Sub-Lessor) for leased classroom space at 18704 E. Chandler Heights Road, Queen Creek, AZ. Pursuant to Section 12.1 of the Sub-Lease, either Party may terminate the agreement upon a 30-day written notice to the other. The Human Services Department, Head Start Program has found the cost of renovations to the Premises to meet Head Start Program and state licensing requirements far exceed the benefit to the Program.
