34. AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF TOLLESON FOR CDBG ACTIVITIES Approve a non-financial Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement between the City of Tolleson and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department. The purpose of the Amendment is to remove and replace Section I. paragraph W. INSURANCE. The City of Tolleson requested a reduction in the insurance thresholds based on contract negotiations with a selected Housing Rehabilitation Management firm that the City is contracting with. Through this Amendment, the Insurance thresholds requirements will be reduced. The reduction of customary insurance limits was reviewed by Maricopa County Risk Management to allow for a reduction to the insurance threshold. This Amendment is subject statutory language of A.R.S. §38-511 which is incorporated by reference. Supervisor District: 5 (C-22-19-006-3-01)
