33. LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR USE OF REAL PROPERTY WITH CORNERSTONE SOLUTIONS INC. JOB CORPS SERVICES Approve and execute a financial License Agreement P-50329 (“Agreement”) for Use of Real Property with Cornerstone Solutions, Inc. - Job Corps Services (FN) (“Licensee”) for use of County controlled property at 1840 N. 95th Avenue, #160, Phoenix, AZ 85037, to share costs associated with case management services to clientele in the ARIZONA@WORK Maricopa County One-Stop Career Center. The term of the Agreement will commence retroactively to July 1, 2018 and expire June 30, 2019. The Agreement may be extended for 5 1-year terms by mutual written agreement. Licensee will pay for space and pro-rated costs of consumable items, utilities, security services, copier/printer and common area maintenance. Either Party may terminate the Agreement with a 30-day written notice the other. Licensee shall pay a monthly base rent amount and pro rata facility operation costs. Licensee shall remit payments on a quarterly basis. Licensee’s payment amount shall not exceed $4,000 ($3088.80 base rent + .44%) for the Agreement term. All funds collected under this Agreement will be applied against the costs associated to the operation of the One Stop Career Center. Any necessary budget adjustments to accommodate this item will be made through a future reconciliation. This Agreement does not contain any County General Funds.
