AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH GULF COAST DIETETIC INTERNSHIP PROGRAM Approve a non-financial Affiliation Agreement (Agreement) with Gulf Coast Dietetic Internship Program (GCDI) and Maricopa County (Affiliated Facility) administered by the Human Services Department, Early Education Division – Head Start program. Through this Agreement, GCDI Interns shall be provided with supervised practice educational experiences with the Head Start program.
