62. AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH COMMUNITY BRIDGES, INC. FOR HOMELESS NAVIGATION SERVICES Approve financial Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement between Community Bridges, Inc. (the “Subrecipient”) and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department. The purpose of the Amendment is to address the following: 1. The County shall provide the Subrecipient with $132,000 in PY2020 CDBG Funds. The period of funding availability is July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021. 2. Add required language to Section 1 (General Provisions) to the following paragraphs: AAA. WRITTEN CERTIFICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH A.R.S. § 35-393.01 BBB. FORCE MAJEURE All other terms and conditions of the Agreement and Amendment Nos. 1 and 2 shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect as executed by the Parties. The Parties entered into this Agreement on or about June 19, 2019, for the provision of Navigation services for justice-involved people experiencing homelessness in Maricopa County.
