67. LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH TEMPE COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute a non-financial License Agreement (“Agreement”) for the use of real property, with Tempe Community Action Agency, an Arizona non-profit corporation (“TCAA”) for space at TCAA’s community office. This Agreement allows the County to utilize designated space in the located at 2146 East Apache Boulevard, Tempe, AZ 85281 to provide Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) services to TCAA’s clients. The term of the Agreement shall begin on July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020 and shall be effective upon approval and signature by both Parties. The Agreement may be extended for two (2) additional 1-year terms, upon mutual written agreement by both Parties. There is no cost to the County. County may terminate the Agreement pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-511 or either Party may terminate the Agreement with sixty (60) day written notice to the other. WIOA program activities are administered by the County’s Human Services Department Workforce Development Division. County staff will be assigned to provide WIOA program activities by providing assistance to individuals with job search activities, workshops for obtaining employment and career opportunities.
