33. IGA WITH FLORIDA STATE UNIVERSITY BOARD OF TRUSTEES Approve a financial Agreement (“Agreement”) between Florida State University Board of Trustees for Florida State University Center for Prevention & Early Intervention Policy collectively referred to as (hereafter collectively referred to as “Contractor”) and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department, (collectively referred to as the “County”). The purpose of this Agreement is to establish a relationship with Florida State University Board of Trustees for Florida State University Center for Prevention & Early Intervention Policy to provide federally mandated professional development services to Head Start program staff. The County shall reimburse the Contractor a not to exceed amount of $10,000 per fiscal year. The term of the Agreement is upon approval and signature by both parties through June 30, 2021. This Agreement may be extended for two (2) additional (1) year terms, upon acceptance and approval by the Parties. The Maricopa County Head Start program is administered by the Human Services Department Early Education Division. This Agreement is funded by grants from U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)/Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Head Start (OHS) (C-22-20-003-G/09HP000200). There is no long-term commitment on the part of the County to continue this Agreement beyond the term of the Agreement. The Agreement is subject to the availability of funds. This Agreement does not impact the County General Funds. (C-22-20-034-3-00)
