79. COMPETITION IMPRACTICABLE WITH RSM US LLP Approve a Competition Impracticable with RSM US LLP for $320,000 to permit the continuation of the project began under contract SERIAL 171074-S PROJECT BASED TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANTS. The original contract has an expenditure limit of $1,000,000 per project and newly identified components will increase the project last to $1,320,000. The Human Services Department procured RSM US LLP through a Task Order for a Case Management System. The Task Order allows for up to $1,000,000, and therefore a Competition Impracticable was processed through the Office of Procurement Services for the additional $320,000 for the additional required components. Upon approval for the increase to the Contract with RSM US LLP, the Human Services Department will be authorized to expend an additional $320,000 above the task order limit. FY2021: $320,000 Expenditures - This will be paid for by grant funds awarded by the Kresge Foundation (C-22-20-006-G-00). Supervisory District: All (C-22-21-073-X-00)

AMENDMENT TO GRANT FUNDS FROM THE KRESGE FOUNDATION Approve the receipt of grant funds from The Kresge Foundation (Grant Number: R-1901-277573, “Amendment”) for Maricopa County’s Driving Systems Change Through 2Gen & Family-Centered Approaches (“Project”). The Amendment provides grant funds in the amount of $10,000, increasing overall grant funds from $510,000 to $520,000. The grant term is revised to August 1, 2019 through December 31, 2021. Project activities are administered by the Human Services Department. The Kresge Foundation provided the Human Services Department with notification of the grant amendment and funding. The grant funding is reoccurring. The Project activities include the creation and implementation of organizational action plans to advance and accelerate social and economic mobility for Human Services Department clients using a two-generation, whole-family approach.
