AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING FOR RENTAL/EVICTION PREVENTION PROGRAM Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement between Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) and Maricopa County, administered by its Human Services Department (County). The purpose of the Amendment is for ADOH to decrease the Agreement amount by $400,000 from $1,302,264 to $902,264. The Amendment also replaces the Attachment D - Request for Payment. • Decrease funding from State Housing Trust Funds (HTF) from, a decrease of $400,000 for Rental Assistance for the purpose set forth in the Scope of Work based upon funding available to ADOH under the Eviction Prevention Program related to COVID-19 assistance. Acceptance of this Amendment will not impact the County General Fund. FY 2021: -$400,000 Revenue & Expenditures. Supervisory District: All (C-22-20-027-3-02)
