AMENDMENT TO THE IGA WITH THE CITY OF TOLLESON FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT ACTIVITIES Approve Amendment No. 1 to an Intergovernmental Agreement (“Agreement”) between the City of Tolleson (“Subrecipient”) and Maricopa County the (“County”) administered by its Human Services Department. The Purpose of this Amendment is to address the following: A. Increase the HUD-CDBG funding by $157,746 from $192,254 to a not-to-exceed amount of $350,000. B. Revise Section 3 (Work Statement), Paragraph 2.0 (Scope of Work), Subparagraph 2.1 (Project Description), by replacing it with the following: 2.1 Project Description: The Subrecipient shall provide home repair or rehabilitation services to sixteen (16) owner-occupied housing units. The project will be located in the redevelopment area in the City of Tolleson, within Census Tract 830, Block Groups 1, 2, and 3. C. Revise Section 4 (Budget and Compensation), Paragraph 1.0 (Budget), by replacing it with the following: 1.0 Budget Activity Budget Owner Occupied Housing Rehab $350,000 Total $350,000 The foregoing paragraphs contain all the changes made by this Amendment No. 1. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain the same and in full force and effect as approved and amended.
