56. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH CHILD CRISIS ARIZONA FOR HEAD START PROGRAM ACTIVITIES Approve a non-financial Agreement with Child Crisis Arizona, an Arizona non-profit corporation (CCA), and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department, Early Education Division. The purpose of the Agreement is to integrate the Department’s early edu cation services into CCA’s social and community services resource network. The Parties’ goal is to support the transition of enrolled children from CCA’s Early Head Start (“EHS”) program to the County’s Head Start program and further the children’s develop ment. The term of the Agreement began on November 1, 2020 through June 30, 2022. The purpose of the Amendment No. 1 is to address the following: A. Extend the Agreement Termination Date from June 30, 2022, to June 30, 2023. Approval of this item will not impact the County General Fund. Supervisory District: 2 (C-22-21-056-X-01)
