34. AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH KEITH & ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR DIETETIC INTERNSHIP PROGRAM Approve a non-financial Affiliation Agreement (Agreement) with Keith & Associates, Inc., Keith & Associates, Inc., an Oklahoma corporation (“School”) for a Dietetic Internship and Maricopa County (“Facility”) administered by the Human Services Department. Through this Agreement, School Interns shall be provided with supervised practice educational experiences with the Head Start Nutrition program. The term of this Agreement shall be for a period of five (5) years from the effective date (November 4, 2020 through November 3, 2025). The County may, at its option and with the agreement of the School, renew the term of this Agreement for additional terms up to a maximum of five (5) years. Approval of this item will not impact the County General Fund. Supervisory District: All (C-22-21-057-X-00)
