80. LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR USE OF REAL PROPERTY WITH PORTABLE PRACTICAL EDUCATIONAL PREPARATION, INC Approve and execute financial License Agreement P-50361, (“Agreement”) for Use of Real Property, with Portable Practical Educational Preparation, Inc (“Licensee”) for use of County controlled properties, West Valley One Stop Career Center located at 4425 West Olive Avenue, Suites 190 and 200, Glendale, Arizona 85302 (“Facility 3”). “Facility 3” shall be collectively referred to as the “Facilities”. The purpose of the Agreement is for Licensee to share costs associated with the operation of the Facilities. The term of the Agreement is December 1, 2020 and will expire on June 30, 2022. The Agreement may be extended for five (5) additional one (1) year terms by mutual written Agreement. Licensee will pay for space and pro-rated costs of consumable items, utilities, security services, copier/printer and common area maintenance. Licensee’s payment for the December 1, 2020 to June 30, 2022 term shall not exceed the amount of $3,554.25. Either Party may terminate the Agreement pursuant to ARS § 38-511, at the end of any fiscal year or with 30-days prior written notice. All funds collected under this Agreement will be applied against the costs associated with the operation of the Facilities and are not considered revenue. The overall Human Services Department budget will be adjusted as necessary to accommodate the Amendment funding through a future reconciliation. This Amendment does not impact County funds. 67. AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH PORTABLE PRACTICAL EDUCATIONAL PREPARATION, INC. Approve and execute the Amendment No. 1 to financial License Agreement (P-50361) with Portable Practical Educational Preparation, Inc. (Licensee), for the access and use of 126 square feet of allocated space at Maricopa County’s West Valley One Stop Shop Career Center located at 4425 West Olive Avenue Glendale, Arizona 85302 (“Facility 3”). This Amendment will extend the term of the License Agreement commencing July 1, 2022 and expiring June 30, 2023. Licensee’s payment for the July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023 term shall not exceed the amount of $2,586. The License Agreement is subject to termination pursuant to the provisions of A.R.S. 38-511.
