67. AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH PORTABLE PRACTICAL EDUCATIONAL PREPARATION, INC. Approve and execute the Amendment No. 1 to financial License Agreement (P-50361) with Portable Practical Educational Preparation, Inc. (Licensee), for the access and use of 126 square feet of allocated space at Maricopa County’s West Valley One Stop Shop Career Center located at 4425 West Olive Avenue Glendale, Arizona 85302 (“Facility 3”). This Amendment will extend the term of the License Agreement commencing July 1, 2022 and expiring June 30, 2023. Licensee’s payment for the July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023 term shall not exceed the amount of $2,586. The License Agreement is subject to termination pursuant to the provisions of A.R.S. 38-511. Either Lessor or Lessee may terminate the License Agreement by giving thirty (30) days prior written notice of termination to the other Party. Supervisorial District: All (C-22-21-074-X-01)
