24.DONATION FROM EYEGLASS WORLD In accordance with the County Policy A2508, accept the donation report from the Human services Department. The Human Services Department, Workforce Development Division received a donation from Eyeglass World #8283, located at 3524 W. Peoria Ave #8283, Phoenix, Arizona 85029. Eyeglass World provided 12 vouchers for program participants to have eye exams, lenses, and frames. Each voucher is valued at $325 for a total cash value of $3,900. (C-22-21-085-X-00) Motion
