42. DONATION OF 20 ACCESS CODES In accordance with County Policy A2508, accept the donation report from the Human Services Department. The Human Services Department, Early Education Division - Head Start program will receive a donation from Prevent Child Abuse Arizona, an Arizona non-profit corporation (PCAA) for 20 Access Codes to the Positive Parenting Program© (Triple P) online training curriculum. The Head Start Program will distribute the Access Codes to parents/guardians interested in building confidence and skills to raise competent, healthy children, and to build stronger family relationships. By receiving the donation of 20 Access Codes, Maricopa County acknowledges that PCA AZ will have the capability to see the names and email addresses of each parent/guardian that utilizes the Triple P online training curriculum. Each parent/guardian will receive this information and will be provided with a Release of Information form if they opt to utilize the Triple P online training. The value of each Access Code is $79 for a total donation value of $1,580. Supervisory District: All (C-22-21-090-X-00)
