IDA BETWEEN THE HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT AND FACILITIES MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT Approve an Interdepartmental Agreement (“Agreement”) between the Human Services Department (“HSD”) and Facilities Management Department (“FMD”). HSD and FMD are collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.” The purpose of the Agreement is for the Parties to make improvements to County owned Warehouse Facility # 2854 (“Facility”) located at 358 Javelina Drive, Mesa Arizona 85210. The Facility is being utilized by United Food Bank (“Food Bank”) for food distributions. HSD will provide FMD with $500,000 of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant CARES Act (CDBG-CV) funds. The Agreement term shall be retroactive from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2023. FMD will issue a Procurement Tasks Order for County Contractors under 190126 General Maintenance and Repair Services to complete the improvements to the Facility.
