63. AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA COMMUNITY ACTION ASSOCIATION DBA WILDFIRE FOR UTILITY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM Approve a revenue Agreement between Arizona Community Action Association DBA Wildfire, an Arizona nonprofit corporation (Wildfire) and Maricopa County, administered by its Human Services Department. The purpose of this Agreement is for Wildfire to provide the County with funding for the administration of weatherization services, utility repair and replacement, u tility deposits and bill assistance (Utility Assistance) to low-income residents of Maricopa County. Wildfire will provide the County with funds in the amount of $750,352: • $306,220 in SRP Weatherization funds; • $3,172 in Southwest Gas Energy Share - Re pair/Replace funds; and • $440,960 in Utility Repair Replacement Deposit (URRD) The term of the Agreement shall begin on July 1, 2022 and end on June 30, 2023. Wildfire contracts with the County on an annual reoccurring, non-competitive basis to administ er the program activities in the County outside the City of Phoenix and the City of Mesa. AMENDMENT TO THE AGREE MENT WITH ARIZONA COMMUNITY ACTION ASSOCIATION DBA WILDFIRE FOR UTILITY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM Approve Amendment No. 1 to the revenue Agreement between Arizona Community Action Association DBA Wildfire, an Arizona nonprofit corporation (Wildfire) and Maricopa County, administered by its Human Services Department. The purpose of this Agreement is for Wildfire to provide the County with funding for the administration of weatherization services, utility repair and replacement, utility deposits and bill as sistance (Utility Assistance) to low-income residents of Maricopa County. The purpose of the Amendment is to revise the funding allocation to the following: • Utility Repair Replacement Deposit (URRD) Direct service funds to be decrease from $400,873.00 to $367,466.67. Program delivery to increase to $73,493.33 from $40,087.00 The total funding for the URRD allocation does not change and remains at $440,960.
