42. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH WILDFIRE FOR UTILITY REPAIR REPLACEMENT AND DEPOSIT PROGRAM Approve Amendment No. 1 to the revenue Agreement between Wildfire and Maricopa County, administered by its Human Services Department. The purpose of this Agreement is for Wildfire to provide the County with funding for the administration of Utility Repair Replacement and Deposit (URRD) program to low-income residents of Maricopa County. The Amendment funding amount is increased by $50,000 ($45,455-Direct Service + $4,545 Program Delivery.) The URRD funding amount shall now be increased to $342,690 ($311,537 Direct Service + $31,153 Program Delivery.) The term of the Agreement began on July 1, 2021 and ends on June 30, 2022. Wildfire contracts with the County on an annual reoccurring, non-competitive basis to administer the URRD program in the County outside the City of Phoenix and the City of Mesa.
