50. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH ARIZONA FOOD BANK NETWORK Approve Amendment No. 1 to the financial Agreement between Arizona Food Bank Network (Contractor) and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department. The purpose of the Agreement is for the Contractor to administer a grant assistance program for Food Banks serving Maricopa County residents The County provided the Contractor with $3,000,000 in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds under ALN 21.027 for Agreement activities. August 1, 2021, through June 30, 2023. The Purpose of the Amendment is to address the following: 1. Extend the Contract term from June 30, 2023, through June 30, 2024. 2. Revised section 3.0 (Contractor Responsibilities) to clarify contract requirements. 3. Revised section 6.0 (Agreement Renewal) to address renewal process. 4. Added required Agreement language: a. Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) b. Force Majeure The foregoing paragraphs contain all the changes made by this Amendment No. 1. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement and approved Amendments remain in full force and effect. This Amendment No. 1 shall be effective upon approval and signature by both Parties.
