73. AMENDMENT TO THE COMPETITION IMPRACTICABLE AGREEMENT WITH COMMUNITY LEGAL SERVICES Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Competition Impracticable Agreement (“Agreement”) between Community Legal Services., a Community-Based non-profit law firm (“Contractor”) and Maricopa County (“County”) administered by its Human Services Department. The purpose of the Amendment is to address the following: A. Revise paragraph 3.0 (Contractor Responsibilities), to add additional Contractor responsibilities, which will address a referral process, advocacy services, and efforts to vacate eviction judgements on behalf of clients. B. Add paragraph: 42.0 Uyghur Forced Labor, required language to the agreement. The Agreement is amended to incorporate the changes contained in this Amendment No. 1. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain the same and unchanged and in full force and effect as executed by the Parties. Amendment No. 1 shall be effective upon approval and signature by both Parties. This Amendment does not contain a financial impact. Supervisory District: All (C-22-22-159-X-01)

77. AMENDMENT TO THE COMPETITION IMPRACTICABLE AGREEMENT WITH COMMUNITY LEGAL SERVICES Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Competition Impracticable Agreement (“Agreement”) between Community Legal Services., a Community-Based non-profit law firm (“Contractor”) and Maricopa County (“County”) administered by its Human Services Department. The purpose of the Amendment is to address the following: A.Extend the Agreement term from June 30, 2023, through June 30, 2024. B. The County shall provide the Contractor with $323,561 for the extension term through June 30, 2024. Funding is provided under ARPA ALN 21,027. C. Revise paragraph 3.0 (Contractor Responsibilities), by removing in its entirety and replacing the Contractor’s responsibilities. The Agreement is amended to incorporate the changes contained in this Amendment No. 2. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement and Amendment No. 1 shall remain the same and unchanged and in full force and effect as executed by the Parties. AMENDMENT TO COMPETITION IMPRACTICABLE AGREEMENT WITH COMMUNITY LEGAL SERVICES Approve Amendment No. 3 to the Competition Impracticable Agreement between Community Legal Services, a Community-Based non-profit law firm and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department. The purpose of the Agreement is for the Contractor to provide legal assistance and representation to Maricopa County tenants impacted by the COVID-19 Pandemic who are facing eviction due to nonpayment of rent. The purpose of the Amendment is to address the following: A. Extend the Agreement term from June 30, 2024, through December 31, 2026. B. The County shall provide the Contractor with $808,903 for the extension term through December 31,2026. Funding is provided under ARPA funds provided to the County by the U. S. Department of Treasury under ALN 21.027. C. Update on required Agreement clauses. Amendment No. 3 shall be effective upon approval and signature by both Parties.
