37. AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH ALVERNO COLLEGE FOR INTERNSHIP PROGRAM Approve a non-financial Affiliation Agreement (Agreement) with Alverno College JoAnn McGrath School of Nursing and Health Professions-Mesa Location (“SNHP”) for Internship Student Placement with Maricopa County (“County”) administered by the Human Services Department Early Education Division – Head Start Program (“Program” or “Facility”). Through this Agreement, School Interns shall be provided with supervised practice educational experiences with the Head Start program in program activities. Alverno College shall place nursing students at Head Start program locations to provide health screenings and health and nutrition education to Head Start children and their parents, to promote health services. The term of this Agreement shall be for a period of five (5) years from the effective date (November 2, 2022 through November 2, 2027). This Agreement shall be automatically renewed for two successive two-year terms upon approval and signature of both Parties and unless terminated by either party.
