46. AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH WIDENER UNIVERSITY CENTER FOR SOCIAL WORK EDUCATION Approve a non-financial Affiliation Agreement between Widener University Center for Social Work Education and Maricopa County, administered by its Human Services Department. The purpose of the Agreement is to provide social work field training for BSW and/or MSW students from Widener University Center for Social Work Education. The training will provide students with education and training in service delivery to low-income, elderly and disabled individuals served by the Human Services Department. The Agreement shall be effective upon approval and signature by both Parties and shall be one year from the date first entered and thereafter from year to year unless terminated by either party. Notice of termination by either party must be in writing at least 60 days prior to the termination date. This item does not impact the County General Funds.
