63. IGA WITH TOWN OF WICKENBURG FOR SOCIAL SERVICES NAVIGATION Approve financial Intergovernmental Agreement between the Town of Wickenburg (“Subrecipient”) and Maricopa County administered by its Human Services Department (“County). The purpose of this Agreement is to provide funding for social services navigation and program referrals related to eviction, disruption in utilities, experiencing insufficient food and/or nutrition, and/or are unemployed/underemployed. Quarterly community outreach events will be held in Wickenburg to increase awareness of County Human Service’s resources and programs. The Town of Wickenburg will refer and assist clients in accessing services delivered by the County. The County shall provide Contractor with $60,000 in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Funds under the Assistance Listing Number 21.027. The term of this Agreement is from December 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024. Also request authorization for the Chairman to approve and execute Administrative Change Orders upon the recommendation of the Human Services Director and Legal Counsel as identified in Section 5.0 (Administrative Change Orders).
